Infosecure Timeline

2000-2004

Hugh Buitano, founder of ContentGuard Inc, a joint venture between Xerox and Microsoft to commercialize digital rights technology. After ContentGuard is acquired by Time-Warner and Microsoft, InfoSecure is founded by Buitano and others to commercialize technology licensed from ContentGuard. InfoSecure becomes involved in the burgeoning "Open Source technology" space. The team joins pioneers such as Red Hat and mySQL in making these applications "Enterprise-Ready". This culminates in the founding of InfoSecure Open Systems and Solutions, LLC.

2004-2006

InfoSecure Open Systems and Solutions develops enterprise solutions and services and implements them for select clients.

InfoSecure develops technology partnerships and begins to sell its services through sales channels in the Americas and overseas.

InfoSecure integrates VOIP and CRM and begins deployment of miPBX ™ integrated systems in call centers.

Based on customer requests, InfoSecure develops one of the first completely hosted automatic telephone dialer solutions. Initial trials in several call centers are extremely positive.

InfoSecure consults with several Latin American telecommunications carriers and becomes involved in moving the Brazilian client infrastructure to VOIP.

2006- Present

Call Centers looking to streamline purchasing and reduce costs begin to ask for VOIP termination services (“telephone minutes”). InfoSecure establishes relationships with several telecommunications carriers and begins offering wholesale retail termination.

Based on increasing revenues, market opportunity and technological advantages, InfoSecure streamlines its mission and targeting to focus on telecommunications-related solutions.

Call centers begin to ask for help with targeted databases and Do-Not-Call compliance; in response, InfoSecure introduces PushOne™ marketing services. As customers become increasingly interested in outsourcing, InfoSecure adds full-service offerings leveraging its low-cost bilingual Latin American labor resources.

As the customer base becomes more diverse, several call centers ask for additional products/services to market. InfoSecure begins offering AloMiPais™ international phone service and adds channel relationships to allow clients to sell travel, warranty, credit and other services.

InfoSecure wins a significant contract for political 'get-out-the-vote’ telephone broadcastings in 2008 and increases non-profit initiatives for elections and fundraising.
