- Manage Numbers: Manage Numbers from the Dialer's Database for editing or display.
- Show Numbers : Show Numbers from the Dialer's Database for editing or display.
- Add Numbers: Adds numbers to the Dialer's Database. You can add a single number or a range of numbers to the Dialer's Database. When adding a batch of numbers you can also load the Hopper with these numbers at the same time. The numbers can be generated automatically by the dialer or exported from a file in your local computer. Please, make sure that y ou use the appropriate country code, area code, and then the phone numbers.
- Add Single Number: Add a single number to the dialer's databse.
- Please, type the appropriate country code, area code, and the other phone number digits. Then click *Add Number* Button
- To add more individual numbers, repeat this process as many times as you want
- Add Auto Numbers: When adding dialer-generated numbers, you can enter, in one step, any range of numbers (1, 10, 100, 1000, 10000, etc.) into the Dialer's database!!. All you need to do is enter the *Start* and *End* numbers. The dialer will automatically generate your numbers
- Please enter the *Start* and *End* phone numbers. The dialer will automatically generate all the necessary numbers in between
- To also load the Hopper now, select your campaign, and then select *YES* for the option *Load Hopper Now?*. Otherwise, just click *Add Numbers*
- Add Numbers from a file: You can add numbers from a previously loaded file. You can also upload a new file from your PC using this menu
- First, select the name of the file you want to import your numbers from. If you need to upload a new file , just click the *Upload File* link. To learn more about uploading database files please click the help icon or here.
- To also load the Hopper now, select your campaign, and then select *YES* for the option *Load Hopper Now?*
- If you also want to customize the loading of the hopper for your selected campaign with only a specific range of rows, click on the check box *Custom Hopper Load* and then just add your *Start row* and *end row* values- Each row corresponds to the row of numbers in your database file. Otherwise, just click *Add Numbers*
- Delete Numbers: You can delete a group of numbers from the dialer's database. You can also delete all numbers from the entire database using this menu
- Please, first, click on the number_id of the first number you want to delete (The numbers with their corresponding number_ids are shown in the main 'show' numbers window). Click the 'Delete Menu' and then select the number(s) you wish to delete
- To select a range of consecutive numbers you just need to left-click on the first number and then while pressing the *shift* key select the last number.
- To delete ALL NUMBERS from the database click *YES* and then click *Delete All* button. Be careful, when choosing this options ALL numbers in the database will be erased!
- Manage Hopper: Manage the dialer's hopper. You can show, load, and edit current numbers in the Dialer's Hopper.
- Show Hopper:Show current numbers in the Dialer's Hopper. You can also empty the hopper from this menu.
- Load Hopper: Assigns numbers from the Dialer's Database to the campaigns and places them into the Dialer' Hopper
- Manage Campaigns: Manage you dialing Campaigns. You can add, start, stop, edit, or display you campaigns.
- Show Campaigns: Show Campaigns for editing or display. You also control when to start and stop your dialer's campaigns from this menu.
- Add Campaigns: Create Campaigns and assigns greetings. You can also upload sound greetings files (WAV format) from your local computer using this menu
- Manage Agents: Add/Assign/Update or delete your Agents to your various dialing camapigns
- Phone Logs: Show log of all calls generated from your dialing campaigns
- Show All Phone Log: Show log of all calls made by the various campaigns
- Show DNC Phone Log: Show log of Do Not Call (DNC) phone calls resulting from the various campaigns. The Numbers have already been deleted from the Dialer's
Numbers database. These numbers are deleted when the called party presses *9* or *1* (as specified in your campaign greeting)
- Show "Press-#" Phone Log: Show log of "Pres #" phone calls resulting from the various campaigns. These numbers are logged when the called party presses *1 o
r a 9* to contact a live agent
- Show Machine Phone Log: Show log of phone calls answered by an Answering Machine from the various campaigns. These numbers are logged when the called party
uses an aswering machine to answer calls
- Preferences: Set/Change/View dialer preferences such as the velocity (the frequency of dialed calls) of the Dialer. You can also configure alarm conditions to notify you regarding the status of your calls, funds, and minutes. You can also review real-time status of your dialer's activity and other configurations data.
- Using database files:
- To upload a new database file, please, click on the link 'To Upload your database files cli
ck here' and then Upload your file by clicking 'Browse' to find your chosen file in your PC. Once you have made your selection click 'Upload'
- The format of the file must be of the type 'filename.txt'. Please make sure that there is only one number per line in your file. To see the contents of an exampl
e database file you can open the 'Sampledb.txt' file with your browser by clicking on the file's link
- Once you have uploaded your file(s), you are ready to import your numbers into the dialer's database from any file previously uploaded from your PC into your dia
ler's filesystem. The system will automatically show you the files names from which you can import your numbers from
