Mr. Buitano joined Xerox Corporation in 1991, where as the Managing Director of Network Software for Xerox’s $8 billion office products division, he led the development of network, document management, imaging, and Internet systems and software. In that capacity he also led the development of the highly successful DocumentCentre offerings. Prior to Xerox, Hugh spent various years with Eastman Kodak Company. During his tenure, he led various networking, software, and imaging R&D programs, including the development of Kodak’s flagship ImageSource family of products. Starting in 1985, Mr. Buitano led various Kodak efforts to develop digital photography and electronic imaging color portability technology for commercialization in the computer industry. He also spearheaded the development and deployment of Kodak’s networked electronic imaging management systems utilizing the newest digital technology. Mr. Buitano’s early industry experiences were in systems software, firmware, and hardware development with Hewlett-Packard.

Hugh enjoys soccer, the music of Peter Gabriel, and the opportunity of applying cross-disciplinary understandings to technology management and business development. He is a US citizen and lives in Potomac, MD with his wife and their daughter.

In 1998 Don joined an embryonic company with cutting-edge technology; in the following years he helped lead Net Perceptions to prominence in personalization, a highly successful IPO and several new applications of the technology as well as the first ASP offering. Notable engagements included enterprise systems for divisions of Rogers Communications (NYSE:RG), The Children's Place (NASDAQ: PLCE) and Omnipoint (now T-Mobile) NYSE: DT.

A co-founder of the Personalization Consortium, he has established a reputation as a visionary in making technology profitable. A keynote speaker in the acclaimed "Personalize and Profit" lecture series, he has helped many companies, from startups to multinationals, use technology to improve their business.

In the mid-90's Mr. Samoil was an evangelist for a new medium- the Internet. He sold some of the first Internet Marketing projects to companies such as Samsung, Hunter Douglas and Hartz-Mountain. His earlier experiences involved sales of telecommunications services to companies such as DLJ (now part of Credit Suisse First Boston LLC), Liberty Travel and Merck and real-estate sales/management in Canada.
